My name is Cara Luff, I am a Psychodynamic & Integrative Counsellor.

Are you feeling overwhelmed or struggling with something?

Counselling can help you to restore a balance to your feelings and life again.

I practice an integrative form of counselling which means I draw from many different approaches. I am particularly interested in how our past influences our present and also how our body speak to us about our feelings, particularly if we have suffered a trauma.

I provide a safe and non judgmental space for us to work together. I am passionate about allowing space for the whole human and welcome the difficult and painful parts you may be struggling with. I have no agenda except to get to know you fully and hold space for who you are.

I believe that you are the best source of guidance and healing for yourself, and my role is to help you find that trust in yourself again.

I have experience working with many difficulties and have worked in depth with trauma, attachment issues, parenting difficulties, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, OCD and panic among many other things.

I am also part of a not for profit company that specialises in supporting parents mental health. We run groups and workshops to help parents wellbeing. You can find more information here:
